moderate comment screen not allowed

Hi! I am hoping to use your plugin. I installed it on my website, and tested a review, then it sent an email to me saying I have new review. When I clicked on the link to approve, the web screen says, You do not have permission to access this page. the link is:

https://website.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page&page=ic_reviews_page&comment_type=ic_rev_page&comment_status=moderated#wpbody-content

When I deactivate the plugin, a comment awaiting moderation shows up in Comments, so I know that the comment is in the database.
