Moderate User Registration

Hi!
I would need to know if the plugin has what I need before buying it.
What I am looking for is to admit users manually, but first I would like them to verify their email.
The flow would be like this:?
-The user registers with their email address.
-The user receives an email in his inbox to confirm his account.
-Then the option is enabled for the administrator to admit them manually.
Is this possible?

In the plugin guide I see that both options (to verify the email, and manual admission) are possible, but I see that it is a list in which you have to select one. I am not sure if both options are possible.
