Moderation and comment errors

  • Hello,
    I can’t accept comments on my blog and I think it may be something to do with the moderation setup.

    I have a problem when I go into the admin section of wordpress and click on the ‘moderation’ tab, then the ‘awaiting moderation’ and this error is showing:

    Warning: main(./wp-blog-header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/thewealt/public_html/licenseforlove/attractwomenblog/wp-content/plugins/moderation.php on line 27

    Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘./wp-blog-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/thewealt/public_html/licenseforlove/attractwomenblog/wp-content/plugins/moderation.php on line 27

    Can you please tell me what the problem is and how to fix it?

    They are both the same at:
    https://licenseforlove.com/attractwomenblog

    Should they be different?

    Sorry for double posting. I am new here and did not even know how to find my post to see if someone commented and just found that I could click on my profile to check out the latest updates.

    Do you have any idea why I am gettng those errord and do you have any suggestions?

    Try to read the error message: the problem is with your “moderation” plugin. Deactivate it and see what happens.

    How do you deactivate the plugin? I just looked under plugin and did not see anything relating to moderation?

    I am holding the hammer and just need to know which spot to hit?

    Could someone assist me? i do not know how to deactivate this plugin for moderation.

    I have checked my plugins in the admin area and I don’t see any option for moderation?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    What plugins DO you have installed?

    Did you notice, when you visited your PLUGINS screen, that next to each plugin listed is a link (to the right) that either says “Deactivate” or “Activate”? Log on as Admin to see Plugins in your menu.

    Clicking “Deactivate” will, well, deactivate the plugin!

    The active plugins that I have are:

    statcounter
    simpletags
    wp-phpMyAdmin
    Wordpress Database Backup

    I can’t see that any of these are to do with my issue that is why I asked.

    I understand that desctivate means ‘de-ac-ti-vate’.

    Just a little confused about this one.

    I think I know what I did. I must have overwritten something when I was adding plugins because I have now and truly done it! If you go to https://www.licenseforlove.com/backwithexblog you will see what I mean. I just added a spellchecker plugin and overwrote something.

    What is the correct way to add plugins? Am I supposed created a separate folder when I add plugins?

    can I revert my blog back to how it was or is it history now?
