Moderation just disappeared

Hey,

Excellent plugin, and has worked for me for months now. But today – moderation just disappeared – without me making any changes to the settings, facebook app or blog whatsoever.

Now the comments just appear to the blog, no Facebook nor mail notification comes in. Very inconvenient. Checked the Facebook app, everything is as it used to be, reinstalled the plugin, nothing helps. Where should I start looking for the problem, I wonder if Facebook has changed something again without notification?

One clue is that when I input my app id to the plugin, it no longer gives me the moderation options. The buttons “Log to Facebook” and “Enter app id” just stay there after saving the settings.
