Modern Theme Quotes via FontAwesome

    Hi Chris,

    Hoping you can help. I’m running 2.11.11 of the plugin.

    I would like to use the “Modern” style template for the ‘display’ presentation of the testimonials. However, when I select it, I don’t get the quotes. Depending on the browser, I just get a box with the hex code in it or nothing at all.

    I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins I have installed as well as trying the Twenty Sixteen theme in case the Divi theme I am using was somehow involved. No change in either case.

    I’m sure that this is related to FontAwesome not loading for some reason, but I can’t see anything obvious looking at the CSS inspector.

    Your thoughts are much appreciated! Thank you.

    Odd. FontAwesome is actually bundled with the plugin so it should always be available.

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Are you using a caching plugin?

    Hi Chris,

    This site is under development, so all site caching is disabled. I also cleared my browser cache multiple times, tried it on 3 different browsers (Firefox, Chrome & Edge) and then tried it on my phone and on another PC. They all show the same problem.

    I did try removing the plugin and reinstalling it just to be sure that something didn’t go sideways along the way.

    I will send you the development link and login via your form shortly.
