Modification Required

I suppose by making few modifications, your plugin would be perfect to display in front.

1. Give a subject line in each task and in all front view, display only subject of that task instead displaying full text of task.
2. From the subject in list, user should be able to view detail.
3. Give option to attach files in tasks.
4. If admin has locked the option for user to mark the task completed, at least give the option to comment on task so admin come to know the progress of task.
5. It would be better if you give subtask to calculate progress. Each subtask completion will increase the progress of completion.

Overall, its a good plugin.
