Modified htaccess now can't login to dashboard!

Hello, i’m having a problem accessing my dashboard after i modified my .htaccess file.

while installing wpfastestcache plugin, i couldn’t activate the features through my dashboard because i wasn’t allowed access. So, the plugin gave me what to insert manually into .htaccess, which i did and now when i go to /wp-admin and insert my login info it redirects to /wp-login and shows me the same login page. Don’t know what the problem is. My site is working fine though.
