Modified plugin file

In the options, I selected the plugin to scan themes and plugins.
I am getting the following warning about several plugin files:
“This file belongs to plugin “Wordfence Security” version “3.6.5” and has been modified from the file that is distributed by www.ads-software.com for this version.”
Do I simply click “ignore” or should I select “restore the original file”?
