“modified plugin file” says Wordfence?

    I got email today from Wordfence security about these four files:

    * Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/languages/wordpress-seo-nl_NL.json
    * Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/languages/wordpress-seo-pt_PT.json
    * Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/vendor/autoload_52.php
    * Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/vendor/composer/autoload_real_52.php

    Searched this forum but nothing found.

  • Looks like Yoast have done it again.

    Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/readme.txt

    7.1 appears to have been pushed out with the readme.txt file from – not yet released – 7.2.

    = 7.2.0 =
    Release Date: April 3rd, 2018

    Not a big deal. Except now getting alerts from every single site again and will continue getting them until I use WordFence’s repair function on the file on every site.

    sorry to start this topic again….but I just got the same alert from Wordfence last night..wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/languages/yoast-components-cs_CZ.json..26 files like this were changed! I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin….but the alert is still there.

    Had the same Problem. Also 26 files got changed!
