Modify a just uploaded theme into the review queue

Hi!
I uploaded a theme to the theme repository and it’s waiting to be reviewed. I want to fix something I’ve discovered, can I upload another .zip file with the theme modified or do I have to wait until I get assigned a reviewer that starts working on it? If so, how can I do it?
