Modify account URL

    I am using ProfilePress on my site. It creates an edit profile page at /account/edit-profile/

    WP Foro also has an edit profile page at /participant/username/account/

    I want to use the ProfilePress edit profile page. I see there are filters for wpforo_login_url, wpforo_lostpassword_url, etc. Is there one I can use to modify the edit profile page URL?
