modify and improve footer storefront

Basically, there are two things you need to do to add a widget area. In your child theme’s functions.php, use register_sidebar() to create the widget area and in your child theme’s footer.php, use dynamic_sidebar() to display it.

Whether it’s horizontal or vertical depends on your CSS.

What I want is to improve the header. I am computer and I have programmed web pages. But I have not touched the topic of php, CSS3, etc. And that’s why I ask for help, if necessary I make a payment x, for someone to write me the code, and tell me how to implement it correctly.
