i linked directly from their theme to support and posted. if that’s not their support then why is it an option?

I am aware of that. Please post in the forum as requested by the theme’s author of you wish to gain some assistance.

Often the theme’s authors have their own support forum separate from www.ads-software.com, it’s probably easier to manage everyone’s issues that way, and so they (the theme authors) don’t really check the www.ads-software.com forums. Cyberchimps are one of those authors, and they asked us to forward people posting on www.ads-software.com onto their forums.
