modify drop down mega menu style

    Dear Amit and all helpers,
    I’d like to have a drop down mega menu looking like :
    https://www.lavantgardiste.com/
    Cursor on Maion&objets

    Is it possible ? Or something looking like it ?

    I like the way the sub menu is disposed and the ads showing with.
