Modify email displayed in the modal window

Hi,

I have setup your plugin. When the user presses “Pay now” button, a modal window pops-up with my logo, the name of the shop and an email address. I would like to know, where can I specify which email address is displayed below the logo since the one displaying now, is not related to the shop.
