Modify email with order information (for the admin)

As the owner of the website and admin as well after I receive an order I get this email, however it does not contain the product quantity or product name which was ordered.
1. Where is this email because I don’t see it;s contents in eShop/Emails
2. Once you tell me where to find it – I’d like to know the cod I need to add in order to receive the product quantity and product description ordered by customer.Here is the email contents I receive:
