modify hide out of stock from the catalog

    Hi,

    When using woocommerce’s “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” it hides variables that are out of stock. but is it possible to show out of stock variable when at least 1 of the variable is stock?

    here is an example of what i am trying to achieve

    suppose a product listing has these variables

    1. apple
    2. banana
    3. orange
    4. grape

    if apple, banana, and orange are out of stock than the “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” option in woocommerce only shows grape. However since one other variable (graph) is still in stock i do not want apple, banana, and orange to disappear.

    i hope that makes sense. thanks for your help.

    Hi @visibledeals,

    To make sure I understand your request, what you want is that in the product page you can see grape in stock and all the other variables out of stock but in the shop page you can only see Grape. Apple, banana and orange will be hidden from the shop page. Is that correct?

    If so, this is a fairly complex development topic. You can visit the WooCommerce Facebook Community group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.
