• I set up two websites with Static Homepage set to page called Home. The client wanted to change the theme, in each case the theme uses a slieder page and requires to be set to Posts as home page. Now, the Hpome link in the main menu goes to the originally designated Home page, not the actual Homepage where the slider, etc. are. How can I change the link URL in the menu to go to the actual Homepage?

Unfortunately both of the new themes are so-called premium themes and support from the authors is lacking, or to put it better… Lame. One of the themes is a child of Outspoken by WPShower, https://www.artsedga.org/wp/, the other is a child of NonProfit by Organic Themes, https://gaartscongress.org/.

    Your help is appreciated.

  • I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial products here.

Durn it! I think that I will avoid commercial themes from here on. Worpress.org support is the best; the others cannot be counted on!
