modify home page wordpress

    am a Beginner
    1/ please I want to edit size of photos and size of text box on the blog section home page, width and height for them from witch file of the template I can change this sizes
    I used encrypted-lite theme
    2/ I need also another help
    I installed stella plugin I can change language from icon on inside pages but I need also icon on the home page on the corner or the header how I can make this.
    3/ I want when click on English language all right to be left, how i can make this
    I used word press 4.3.1
