Modify invoice data for each product

    Hello!

    I have a website where many freelancers work. It’s kind of a booking system, each freelance has a calendar and the client gets an appointment. The problem is when i have to generate the invoices, bc the info on the invoice is the same for everyone. I need that every freelance gets it’s own invoice with his or her data.

    So I would need some kind of plugin or tool that allows me to generate custom invoices for every product Do you know something that could do the work?

  • The only way I can think of doing this without custom code is with AutomateWoo: https://automatewoo.com/docs/

    To be clear, you’d actually disable the WC core email that goes out to customers, then create several workflows for each different freelancer.
    I’d suggest grouping their individual with unique tags or a product category.

    Once you’ve done that, you can create a workflow that will trigger when an order is either created or paid, restrict it to either a product or tag, then use a ‘Send Email’ action with a custom invoice for that individual freelancer.
