Modify Next Project text on portfolio page

First of all let me say that I have become quite a fan of Kadence themes. I have used both your Virtue and Pinnacle themes, and found them easy to customise with CSS.
I am now using the Ascend theme and have come across a little problem to which I can’t find an answer. Is there a way to modify the “NEXT PROJECT” / “PREVIOUS PROJECT” text that appears at the foot of each portfolio page? My portfolios are separated into different categories, none of which would I call a Project. I would like to be able to modify the text to suit the category being displayed.
If the text can’t be easily modified, what is the CSS class that would enable me to hide it?
