If you are talking about this area https://prnt.sc/r9hwc8 that is built in Elementor like the rest of the page, so you should be able to edit it by opening the page in Elementor.

For the submenu items color, you can add this code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

.header--row-inner.dark-mode .sub-menu, .header--row-inner.dark-mode .sub-menu li {
    background-color: #8c3d02 !important;
}

To replace the header with a slider you can follow

For any other changes in the Elementor page, I would suggest you follow https://elementor.com/getting-started/ so you can learn more about what you can do using Elementor, as the possibilities are endless ?? Neve is fully compatible with Elementor.
