Modify Product Image Gallery Thumbnail Click Action

    Hi there,

    I would like clicking a Product Image Gallery Thumbnail to open the lightbox, not swap the main product image.

    The Javascript hinges on the CSS class and per default only knows the trigger of the main product image. You will either have to tell the Lightbox to react to the CSS class of the product gallery thumbails or add the trigger CSS class to the thumbnails. The trigger class per default is called woocommerce-product-gallery__trigger.

    Its a helpful steer but I think that might be a stretch for me to implement.

    Can you recommend a solid Woocommerce Product Gallery plugin(s)?

    Sorry for the wait on this response! Some really good product gallery plugins are the Envira and NextGEN plugins.

    Both are ‘freemium’ plugins that have a lot of features out of the box (Envira has more) but can be ‘updated’ with purchases of the PRO versions. I hope this helps!
