Modify slug creation for posts with no title

My Permalink structure uses just
/%postname%/.When I publish a new blog post, it looks like: https://example.com/slug-goes-here.
Is there a way to publish a post, leave the title blank, and have the slug generate a slug with only the post ID number, similar to a Twitter post?
Like this:
instead of
I’m trying to avoid using the
-2suffix of the post number.
