Modify Tab Color – Widget Context

I appreciate that the developer too the time to create such an easy to use widget that allows for a sidebar to contain a condensed list of links. This widget has allowed me to customize my webpage to insure that an aesthetic appearance is maintained.

I wanted to see if there is a way to change the color of the tabs that show in my sidebar. They are currently the default color of gray, but I would like to make the tab color to be set to use c38346.

I appreciate any response on whether this can be done, as well as how to do this if it can be done.
