Modify the Margin on the Header

Hi there!

I have recently uploaded my own customized header but I’m having trouble removing the margins that I’m assuming are part of my child theme. They are the polka dot margins and I would like it to just be white, to blend with the rest of my header/web page. I’ve looked and played around in CSS to modify anything that says “header”, but no luck.

I am using a Genesis theme called Adorable if that helps at all.
