Modify url in jetpack share

I want to use the Jetpack share function in a project. However, I want to modify the shared url page with a reflink.
mypage.com/my-post should be shared using jetpack as mypage.com/my-post?ref=abc
Does somebody now, where I have to make the modification in the plugin-code? Or is there a way to do it in my functions.php??
