    Folks-

I have just installed Ultimate Member and trying to figure out how to make it do what I need.

To start, I would like to modify the member list to show two additional pieces of information: email address and phone extension (this is a closed, company internal site).

When I went to edit the member page, I found a short code that included, form_id=”354″

When I when to the forms tab in the dashboard to see if I could edit form 354, it was not in the list of forms.

Anyone able to give me any hints as to where I should look to make the edits I want?

    Thanks for your time!

    Hi @theotherdon,

You might have deleted the default member directory form. You can create as many member directory shortcode you want from Ultimate Member->Member Directories->Add New, inside your dashboard. Just create a new one and replace that shortcode in your members page. You can edit your new member directory as per requirement.

    Thanks.
