Modifying Site Title in Amp

Great plugin, greatly needed and greatly appreciated. One tweak that would be helpful would be the ability to append our office phone number to our “Site Title” on the AMP header. Is that some thing that I can be handled with the plugin as it stands in version Version 0.3.2?
I tried adding our phone number in the “Extra code in <head>”.
This is what it looks like currently.
