• Hi Everyone,

I’m trying to create a custom page template that is a cross between the two pages: https://www.abstractlighting.com and https://www.abstractlighting.com/products/

I’m very new to wordpress so apologies if this is a simple fix!

What I’m looking for is to take the static image from the homepage and place it above the products & side bar. My best attempt is: https://www.abstractlighting.com/testerr/ which is off center and has padding at the top. Any ideas on how I should do this better would be appreciated. Please note there is 13 individual product pages each needing a different image.

If anyone has any thoughts on how I should go about managing products (There will be over 100 different products in total) then that would also be appreciated! Cheers.

Thanks in advance for your support.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? if not any links to tutorials would be welcomed.

    Stevie Watts.

I’m not sure how to fix this, but it seems that having a static image on every page will make management cumbersome as well as slow down the system.

Perhaps you should look at a theme that allows for page-level customization, such as Pagelines PlatformPro, where you can add a customized feature banner on every page. I think there is a free minimal version, but there is a fee for the real version. There is also a bit of a learning curve to understand how it works, but it’s powerful once you get it.
