Modifying the JetPack CRM homepage

I believe you are referring to your Jetpack CRM Client Portal page.

Could you please make sure that your Client Portal page has this shortcode added?

[jetpackcrm_clientportal]

And that the module is enabled from Jetpack CRM > Core Modules > Client Portal.

Also, please try switching to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty One, and see if the Client Portal page with tabs shows up properly. If that doesn’t help, please try deactivating other plugins except Jetpack CRM to see if there are any possible plugin conflicts.
