Modifying the news section

Hello everyone,

I have used the onepress theme in my website and I’m having problem with the news section on my home page. Since I have installed the woocommerce plugin and prepared a shop page, I want to synchronize my shop with the news section. I was wondering if it would be possible to change the source which provides the preview of posts in the news section.
In other words, is there any way to change the source of those top 4 posts being shown in the news section from the “News Page” to the items of “Shop Page”?!
