Modifying Woo Email Templates

I am working on a marketplace by using Product Vendors from WooCommerce.

One of the things I like to modify a bit is the New Order notification emails to VENDORS, which I consider, in its current form, lacking sufficient info for the vendor to fill the order.

However, I have had hard time of finding the current template and instructions for modifying it.

Question: where can find the current (Vendors related) email templates? and how to overwrite/replace them?
