    Hello,

    Folks, this is not a playground, OK.

    I need to contact my users and reply to support requests. You suspend/ban/moderate or whatever my account and I get no notification or direct message from any mod about it or any explanation whatsoever.

    Yesterday, possibly @jdembowski, for a reason I haven’t yet managed to explain, possibly added my account to the moderation list. Later on, my account seemed to be back to normal state since my replies to users were publicly visible. Now, my messages are not displayed publicly again. What exactly are you trying to do with my account and for what reason exactly? Please, I’d require an explanation.

    There are two problems here:

    1) This forum software needs to send a notification message whenever an account’s status is changed.
    2) The mods seem unable to handle the power they have been given. They proceed to account related actions without notice and without any explanation.

    Not sure why I have to go through this and waste my time like that. This is not a playground. Really fed up with you folks…

  • Like almost all forums, these forums use a spam filter. Like all spam filters, this one does catch perfectly innocent posts. Unfortunately, the spam queue has to be moderated manually and we do try to do this in a timely manner.

    So I would ask you to please be patient if this happens to you and do not resort of attacking the volunteer form moderators. Your filtered post(s) will appear asap.
