• I had the Constant Contact plugin installed and working fine but when I changed hosting I get a BAD GATEWAY message.

The plug in says “Form Designer needs your help!
Your web server thinks that Form Designer is an unwelcome script. Obviously, it’s not.
For Form Designer to work, you need to contact your web host and request that they “whitelist your domain for ModSecurity.” This shouldn’t pose any risk to your website; it just lets the host know you want the Form Designer to do what it does best!”

However my host says: Unfortunately, I have just been informed that mod_security is not enabled on the Cloud platform.

    Is there a workaround?

  • Hi – did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same problem, and client is threatening to not pay until I can fix it.

Technical support at my host eventually helped me. by allowing access. I was getting the following error…

    Good luck with it
