    Hi there,

    Based on the error for your site in our debugger at https://tools.jetpack.com/debug/?url=https://aricapallets.cl/, it appears that something is blocking some connections Jetpack needs in order to work correctly. That is why the modules list isn’t working.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check their security logs for any blocked requests to the /wordpress/xmlrpc.php file on your site, using the Jetpack by WordPress.com user agent.

    If they say Jetpack has to be whitelisted on their end, you can provide them with the IP addresses at https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/

    However, please note that these IP addresses could change (or more could be added) at any time. This is one of the reasons why we discourage whitelisting specific IPs.

    The contact form on the page you linked to is a Mailchimp form, not the Jetpack contact form. Please contact support for the Mailchimp plugin you’re using for help with why that form won’t load.

    Hola KokkieH!
    Thanks for that fast and awesome reply.
    Already contacted to my hosting provider with your instructions.
    I’m sure this gonna work. I’ll keep you updated hos this goes.

    About the form. This is the code used:

    <!-- wp:jetpack/contact-form {"hasFormSettingsSet":"yes"} -->
    <!-- wp:jetpack/field-name {"required":true} /-->
    <!-- wp:jetpack/field-email {"required":true} /-->
    <!-- wp:jetpack/field-textarea /-->
    <!-- wp:paragraph -->
    <p></p>
    <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
    <!-- /wp:jetpack/contact-form -->

    Again,
    Thanks, amigo.

    Just to make sure, you added that using the Jetpack Form Block, correct?

    I don’t see that code anywhere on that page if I view the source code in my browser. While the form won’t work with the Jetpack connection broken, as long as the plugin is active on your site the form should at least be visible as far as I know.

    Edit that page and completely remove the form as you have it there. Then insert a new form block and update the page. Does that make a difference?

    Hola KokkieH!

    Not really. I was re-using the same old code for these kind of works.
    The thing is like you point i don’t have the form tool in my editor.
    For best understanding i attached you a few screenshots of my dash and module pages.
    Btw, my hosting provider says everything looks fine. I trust these guys.

    Something is blocking our end from fetching active modules.

    Is the Form module active in the All Modules view? https://jetpack.com/support/control-jetpack-features-on-one-page/

    Hi James!
    Yeah, the modules view is in the screenshot. No modules available.
    Weird stuff.

    The debugger at https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=https://aricapallets.cl/ still shows Jetpack isn’t able to communicate with your server.

    If you’re certain access to XML-RPC isn’t being blocked or restricted on your server, then the other option is a plugin or theme conflict. Please disable all plugins except Jetpack, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you are able to install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
