Hi, I tried to uninstall and reinstall — disconnect and reconnect and even do the same with a new WordPress.com account but am still unable to get this to work.

Settings page –> not accessible for me — so I can’t even see the modules…

Same error is happening with DASHBOARD as well…

See screenshot of the error : https://snipboard.io/uNUrxG.jpg

What can I do to resolve this issue?

    Thanks.

    Regards

    Faustine

    Hi there, @allstarsft,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I can also see that the connection isn’t working as expected, which could be one cause of the problem you reported.

Could you please try the steps listed in this other forum thread to see if they work for you as well? They involve fixing the Jetpack connection and using the correct WordPress.com account to connect.

Let me know how you get on, and we’ll take it from there if necessary. Thanks!

Thank you for pointing this out.. I did not realise disabling REST API will affect Jetpack.

    All is good now. Thanks!
