Absolutely love Jetpack – have been using it for years on every site I build.

Having issues on this site – https://www.killthecan.org/ – modules turn off randomly on a DAILY basis.

I don’t believe this is supposed to happen, so I can only assume it’s some other plugin that’s doing it.

How do I go about troubleshooting this? How can I figure out what’s causing this to happen. It happens multiple times per day sometimes. STATS is the one that gets deactivated most regularly, but there are a GANG of others that are affected as well.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi there

Indeed, modules are not supposed to turn off at random!

The quickest way to figure out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict.

I know it’s less than ideal as this only happens intermittently, but could you please try the following:

    – Temporarily deactivate all the site’s plugins except for Jetpack and clear your browser’s cache. Then monitor the site for a day or two. If nothing gets deactivated, then we’ll know that another plugin is conflicting here. You can re-enable your plugins one by one, monitoring the site for a while in between, until you find the one causing the conflict. You can leave it disabled or reach out to the plugin developer for a fix.

    – If disabling plugins doesn’t help, it may be the theme. Temporarily switch your theme to a WordPress default theme like [Twenty Twenty](https://www.ads-software.com/themes/twentytwenty/).** Then monitor the site for a while again. If nothing gets deactivated, then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you can reach out to the theme developer for a fix.

Let us know what you find.
