MOIP account not activated error

Hi, We recently reinstalled Dokan Lite and Dokan Pro on our fresh site. Sicne reinstallation, we cannot add products from the front end (Vendor). We get the following error. ‘Error! Your Moip account isn’t active yet. Please connect to Moip first! Connect to Moip’
The only payment option we have enabled is Dokan Stripe Connect, nothing about MOIP.
HELP please! thanks
