    Hi, We recently reinstalled Dokan Lite and Dokan Pro on our fresh site. Sicne reinstallation, we cannot add products from the front end (Vendor). We get the following error. ‘Error! Your Moip account isn’t active yet. Please connect to Moip first! Connect to Moip’

    The only payment option we have enabled is Dokan Stripe Connect, nothing about MOIP.

    Ok will do but I have several tickets open and responses have gotten quite slow now on support tickets

    Hello @teamf,

    You have created two new tickets at 9 AM and 30 mins ago today. We always try to reply to all the tickets within 24 hours and please note that there is a time-zone difference issue. Please keep patience. We have to maintain a queue to provide support.
