    Last week 80% of our Mollie payments started to expire and after thorough investigation we discovered it was the Sendcloud plugin that was causing massive delays during the payment process.

    After rolling back the Sendcloud plugin to version 2.2.22 everything worked normal again.

    Could you please look into this for a future update?

    Hopefully the above solution will help other webshop owners who are experiencing the same issue.

Additionally, we will link your support ticket to the investigation. This will allow us to notify you when the fix is released that the issue has been resolved.

    Correct!

    Mollie payments isn’t working with 2.4.3 it seems. After deactivate your Sendcloud plugin the payment options were all back again. Activate Sendcloud and all options are gone again.

    Thank you for your report. We did receive a few reports about Mollie payment options disappearing, when the Sendcloud plugin is also enabled (on version 2.4.3). We are currently investigating the issue.

    I would however ask you to log in to Sendcloud and submit a support ticket regarding this issue, directly from the Sendcloud panel. This will allow us to link your support ticket to the already ongoing investigation, meaning that you will be notified by our support team as soon as the issue is resolved.
