• Hello Kadence Support,

    I’m using the Virtue Premium theme with Woocommerce. I tried activating and de-activating all the other plug ins to see if there is a conflict, however the problem still persists.

    I have a fatal error concerning the Mollie platform on my website. I tried the previous release 7.3.6 but got the same error. I can not activate the plug and therefore can also not check its settings. I tried deactivating and reactivating both the Mollie plug in as well as the Woocommerce plugin in different orders, since I found this as a proposed solution for similar problems but without any effect. On the Mollie backend everything seems fine. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated, here is the full error message:

    Hi @rwk77,

    Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delay. Have you tried reaching out to the Mollie Plugin support about this? Can you also try temporarily activating another theme, such as the default WordPress theme, to see if the issue continues?

    I already tried your suggestions (disabling a plug ins one by one and activating another theme) and contacted Mollie support. They’re looking into it, I suspect it’s a problem related to their plugin.

    The issue is solved, it was related to a server setting (compatability mode). Thanks for your help!
