• Hi there,

We are using a plugin for guest authors called: Molongui
It appears that when we create an article in dutch, and create a new author, this author is not available for the French translation of that article. It appears that we need to create an author for each language. Which totally unwanted behaviour. This means our 400 editors would suddenly be 400 x 3. for each language.

After some back and forth emailing, Molongui told me to uncheck the “custom post type” — which I did. We have no custom posttypes checked in your config.

Alas, still we can not assign an author created independant of an article. Meaning for each article we need to create a new author.

Hope you can help us out.

    Thank you.

Hello? Is there any update on this please? it has been four months now.

How do I make sure that Polylang does not interfere with the custom post types of Mologui?
