Mondial Relay display problem

    Hello,

    I’ve just configured the module, integrating the customer code correctly, … for Mondial Relay. I’ve also entered my shipping price bands according to cart weight.

    However, after configuration, I am encountering 2 problems:

    • When I put a product in the cart that weighs 200g, the Mondial Relay shipping method is displayed at €4, even though I’ve defined the 0g > 400g band = €4.4. I have the impression that the tool is rounding up or down. Is this the case?
    • When I add the same product to the cart a 2nd time, the Mondial Relay shipping method disappears. Why does this happen?

    The shipping rates I enter are rounded up or down depending on the rate I enter (if <0.5, it applies 0, if >0.5 it applies 1). But I need the exact price to be displayed on the user’s screen, not a rounding. How can I correct this?
