    I installed plugin paypal plus for woocommerce and followed the video what to do. The check out worked well. I received confirmation from the website that they payment process is done but the problem is that the money was not transferred to my account. In my website everything shows fine without any problem. Today I called paypal and they said there is a problem with my website. What should I do? I have lost customers and money. I do not know what to do next. Please kindly help me asap.

  • Hey, unfortunately, this doesn’t have anything to do with the theme so I don’t know how to help. You need to contact the author of the PayPal plugin you are using and go through your setup with them. It’s possible that your host is blocking the connection but I can’t guess or verify anything since this has to do with PayPal, woocommerce and your PayPal plugin. The theme doesn’t control or edit those things in terms of checkout.

    I can tell you that you will need more specific information then PayPal saying there is a problem with your site. I suggest you ask them more specifically what is that problem? For example, is it not connecting like, is it not transferring data or receiving data? Or is it just not set up.

    For the time being, you might just leave your paypal plus plugin off and do a standard connection through woocommerce and then run some test transactions.
