Monitor spider hits

    Hello,

    Does this plugin allow for hits from spiders to be monitored? Testing again Wassup, it seems that a number of hits are missing when the hits comes from a call directly from another website. For example, an API call.

    All real user hits seem to be recorded. If the plugin doesn’t allow this, is there an extension which adds this functionality?

    Hi,

    our plugin can be configured to ignore bots (Slimstat > Settings > Filters). Also, calls to admin-ajax.php are not considered, as WordPress uses that file for many different reasons. So, if your goal is to include all bots, you may want to make sure your tracker is set to Server Mode, and that Ignore Bots is not enabled.
