Monster Pay

  • Hi, I have the plugin installed and followed the instructions to set up a single event.
    I ti s in GBP and I am using MonsterPay for payment.
    All goes well until you click ‘Pay Now’
    This launches a new window which seems ot be going to Monster Pay but i get an erro message saying the following:

    We can not process the request. The details are attached below.

    Code: MPC002

    Description: The currency specified is not valid.

    Solution: If you are the buyer, go back and contact the seller directly.
    If you are the seller, please ensure that the buy button contains the corect ‘CurrencyAlphaCode’.

    Any advice or help would be gratefully received.
