“MonsterInsights encountered an error loading your report data”

    I have a client whose site does not seem to be able to stay connected to MonsterInsights. She’s constantly getting the error: “MonsterInsights encountered an error loading your report data. There is an issue with your Google Account authentication. Please use the button below to fix it by re-authenticating.” It’s very annoying for her.

    Is there anything specific I should look for in her site configuration that might be causing this issue?

    She’s hosted on Bluehost, with Swift Performance Lite for caching.

    Could you reach out at MonsterInsights.com/lite-support/ so we can take a look at what’s going on. That shouldnt be happening

    Monsterinsights cause a fatal error on my client site after updating the plugin……

    I had to Deactivate
    Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights

    The error:
    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 456 of the file /home/4/v/vestkorn/de/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/googleanalytics.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/4/v/vestkorn/de/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/lite/includes/license-compat.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’)

    What Can I do.
