Montenegro – Visa and Mastercard credit cards payment

I need to integrate in my WP site Donate button, to accept payments on account in Montenegro, from other countries.
I need option for direkt bank transfer and Visa and Mastercard credit cards payment.
What plugin should i use? Is it possible?
