The title does not display, so it is not clear which year it is. Suggestions how to fix it?
    Best Regards.

  • Hello, farncarame. Thank you for reaching out!

Looking at your site and comparing it to a fresh install, it looks as if the HTML code for the title has been removed. Are you aware of any customizations that may have been made to the site?

No I am not, but could be. In which file should the title code be?

Unfortunately, that goes a little beyond the scope of the type of support we offer here for our free plugins. However, I will encourage you to check out our Themer’s Guide:
    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

It clearly lists out all the different templates for the views that we have available and explains how to customize them.

I hope this helps and you’re able to figure things out.

Thanks Mike for your answer. I’ve already checked the Themer’s guide thoroughly, but there is no answer for me.
I tried with a fresh install: there is no HTML title code: it is some override made by the theme and I am not able to find if somewhere there is the original code.
I have done some tries trying to write it by myself, but nothing works.
I’ll give up and keep it as it is, unclear.

    Hey @francarame,

Under Events > Settings > Display, does changing default template to Default Events Template help anything?

Let us know if that helps!

No, that did not Help (I had tried that already).
I had to install the calendar on different themes, until I found that on some the title was there: copy + paste the code and it worked. I wouldn’t ever be able to write it correctly by myself.
    Thanks

    Hi @francarame,

I haven’t been able to find you calendar, but if there are any template overrides, you can find them in this folder:
    wp-content/themes/[your-parent-theme]/tribe-events

If this is on the month view, then you will need to look at the month/title-bar.php file

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers,
    Andras
