Monthly coupon not resetting properly for some users

    We have a monthly coupon for employees on our site. For most of our employees, it resets correctly. However, if an employee places an order late the night before reset, the coupon is marked as used the following day (new month) even though the order time states the correct day (previous month). For example, employee places an order at 10pm on 11/30. The order info all states that it was placed 11/30 and that the employee used his/her coupon. However, when viewing the coupon, usage is allocated to the month of December.

    Also, some employees are able to use the coupon twice even though the usage limit is set to 1. We had one employee who placed an order on December 1 using the coupon, and then another order on December 2 using the same coupon. The coupon showed as available in the cart for both orders, although it should not have been visible for the 2nd.

    Each coupon is paired with the employee’s email. Usage limit is set to 1. Monthly reset is applied. Time zone for site is set correctly, and employees experiencing the issue are located in the same time zone.

    Any thoughts on why this might be happening?

    Usage resetting is a premium feature so I’m a bit limited on the amount of support I can give you here.

    Based on your thread here and the screenshots shared it appears that you might have misconfigured some of your employee coupons. I also note you may be using multiple coupon plugins together which might be conflicting.
